I have favorites as well that I never thought I’d like! I play these over and over again! There are so many immersive stories I have the app for several months now and still haven’t completed them all. Once, I opened the app and loaded a sleepscape and was asleep before it even started! I actually think about it during the day an anticipate the next immersive story. Each night I can’t wait to open up this app! I fall asleep real fast with this app. I enjoy the immersive stories and coloring to bring the story alive. People use it for sleep, for anxiety issues, with varying degrees of success. If you have an issue like mine then I suggest just giving it a shot. My mind knew it was time to go to bed and it cooperated. It got to a point where I didn't need to use it every night. I'm not sure at all of the specifics but I think it gets your mind to focus on one thing, something relaxing, and allows your brain to shut down enough to actually fall asleep. I kept doing it every night and it kept working. I did the first episode, put my phone on the charger and closed my eyes. I loaded it up and there are episodes called sleepscapes that you color in as you're guided by a narrator. You're not really supposed to lay in bed on your phone so I thought how well could it really work? It looked pretty though. I'll lay there for hours and think about everything under the sun. I just can't seem to switch my brain off long enough to do it. I'll go through periods where it takes two to three hours to fall asleep. Ever since I was a teenager I've had trouble with insomnia.
